I completely agree that it can be challenging to start feeling your hunger/fullness cues again, especially if you've been avoiding them for a long time. You make a really great point that it isn't always an immediate option for someone who is overweight/trying to lose weight. That's great that you were able to lose so much weight and can utilize intuitive eating now. :)
