Hi Bruce! Thanks so much for taking the time to read & respond. You make a very valid point, that my education in Dietetics definitely plays a role in being able to make healthier choices, even when eating intuitively. I've been wondering about that lately, as I've been working on a nutrition/healthy eating course, and while my mindset is completely wrapped up in intuitive eating, I may be doing a disservice to my clients by expecting that everyone can eat intuitively and still make healthy choices. Do you have any thoughts on that?

I will give your article a read! I truly believe that no one approach to eating is best for everyone, so if your approach feels the healthiest to you - it probably is! Intuitive eating is often best for people who have struggled with eating disorders or disordered eating, so if you have never dealt with anything of that sort, it may not be the best option for you. To each their own. :)
