I completely agree with you that adding in sports/activity/workouts of any sort increases cravings for healthy/balanced foods. I feel more in tune with my hunger when I’m staying active and kind of out of sorts after a while of inactivity.

It definitely seems like you’ve been practicing intuitive eating your whole life, even if you didn’t realize it, which is awesome! It’s the most natural way to eat, so the fact that you never strayed from it means you must be pretty in tune with your body/what it needs.
